IKT-001 is currently being evaluated in a global, adaptive Phase 3 clinical trial (IMPROVE-PAH), with endpoints including pulmonary vascular resistance and 6-minute walk distance. Inhibikase Therapeutics, Inc. entered into a collaborative research and development agreement with Sphaera Pharma Pte.
